Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Health and Social Care Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5. You will deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2. Your duties will include managing your diary efficiently, organising and maintaining documentation on learners' progress, and supporting, advising, and motivating learners. You will also need to meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA) and have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5. You will also need to hold occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Senior level or above, be confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills, and have a good level of ICT skills. A full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle are also required.
