Job Title: Senior Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a Band 4 Mental Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying mental health issues on our Older Adults waiting list.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the waiting list for Older Adults with mental health issues.

  • Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to provide comprehensive patient care.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a healthcare assistant or support worker, fully enhanced DBS check, and relevant mental health experience.

We offer competitive pay rates of £14.50 per hour (PAYE inclusive), free training opportunities, and fully enhanced DBS checks provided at no cost.

Estimated salary: £29,500 - £31,400 per annum based on a 37-hour week (£14.50 per hour).
