Job Title: Perinatal Mental Health Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Perinatal Mental Health Team Lead. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to women experiencing perinatal mental health issues in Lancashire and South Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and first-line management for a community-based perinatal mental health team in designated geographical localities within Lancashire Care Foundation Trust and South Cumbria Partnership Foundation Trust.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical governance, quality improvement, and performance management initiatives within the team.
- Collaborate with senior clinicians to drive improvements in standards of clinical practice and patient care, aligned with NHS modernization and Public Health agendas.

Requirements:
- Mental Health professional qualification (RMN).
- Completion of or commitment to working towards Management or Leadership training.
- Documented evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
