About Our School

Our SEMH school in Blackburn is a dynamic and supportive environment that caters for pupils aged 8-16 years old with an Ofsted rating of 'Good'.

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. You will be responsible for engaging and building rapport with pupils, using your understanding of Mental Health and support background to provide holistic support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and build rapport with pupils
  • Conduct individual 1-2-1 intervention sessions in Maths and English
  • Team teach training is desirable but not essential
