The estimated salary for this role is £43,041 - £56,997 per annum, dependent on experience.
Job Description
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Practitioner to join our Pennine Home Treatment Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, planning, and intervention services to individuals with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with service users, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of mental health theory and practice, as well as experience working with vulnerable populations. A registered mental health nurse, social worker, or occupational therapist qualification is essential, along with ongoing professional registration.
