Kemple View is a leading hospital that provides exceptional care to patients with mental health conditions. Our 90-bedded facility offers a range of services, including Low Secure Forensic Specialist Older Age and Recovery Wards for male service users.

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dynamic medical team at Kemple View. As a Senior Mental Health Professional, you will be part of a Multi-Disciplinary team, responsible for promoting the best interests of clients and carers, ensuring prescribed nursing care is consistently implemented, and maintaining a safe care environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework
- Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care that takes account of patient choice and wishes, acting as the named nurse
- Accurately observing and engaging with patients to assess their needs and evaluate progress
- Monitoring and reviewing Nursing Care plans
- Evaluating and responding to changes in patient conditions and needs
- Dealing proactively and effectively with suggestions and complaints from patients and their families/carers
- Contributing to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Multi-Disciplinary team
