Advanced Practitioner in Mental Health Nursing

Cygnet Fountains provides a high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for individuals with severe and enduring mental illness. Our team works closely with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to promote patient recovery and empowerment.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting patient recovery through effective monitoring, management, and risk reduction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, undertaking audits, and demonstrating integrity in your role.
Key Responsibilities- Promote patient recovery through effective monitoring, management, and risk reduction
- Maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
- Administer medicines within healthcare procedures and guidelines
- Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
- The ability to promote patient recovery
