Activity Therapist Specialist

About the RoleWe seek a motivated Activity Therapist to manage a varied caseload, including post-op rehab, Pathway 2 rehab in care homes, and long-term condition management. The ideal candidate will require a driving license and access to a car for community visits.
Key Responsibilities- Complete assessments and develop personalized plans to support patients' recovery and independence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide guidance and supervision to students and support staff
The successful candidate will work a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekends and bank holidays. We offer a supportive environment with regular supervision, CPD groups, training, and peer support. Our online patient record system, MyCare, requires excellent IT skills.
