Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £24,793 - £26,083 per annum, plus up to 10 sleep ins per month paid at £30 each. You will also receive 224 hours (5.6 weeks) annual leave, flexible benefits package, and Simply Health benefits after 2 years' service.
Job Description
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents, providing support and care that enables them to thrive. Your day will involve helping residents with their morning routines, ensuring they are up and ready for school or activities, and supporting them with their daily tasks and responsibilities.
You will work closely with our senior staff and other members of the team to develop individualised care plans and provide support that meets the unique needs of each resident. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, ensuring that our residents feel supported and valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate empathy, understanding, and patience when working with our residents. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
You must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years. You must also provide reference information for all positions related to working with children and vulnerable adults, as well as details of employment going back to full-time education.

Estimated Salary: £25,013.50 (based on 40 hours per week).
