We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Assistant to join our team in Tiverton.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to provide individualised support to children and young people, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Salary: £17.96 per hour (rising to £28.72 per hour for Sunday and bank holiday shifts), plus enhancements up to £4,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day support to children and young people in achieving their personal wishes and goals
  • Assisting with daily routines and activities that promote social skills and independence
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and engaging living environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
