We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to take on a leadership role in our stores. As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing colleagues, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer-facing colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with other store leaders to ensure seamless customer experiences across the store.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
