We are seeking a skilled Resales and Staircasing Executive to support our Customer Experience team in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This role offers the flexibility to work between the office and home, with a 36-hour working week. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of challenging projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
* Work closely with the Customer Experience team to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
