Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resales and Staircasing Executive to join our Customer Experience team at Clarion Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Journey Resales & Staircasing Manager with all sales and staircasing-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the resales and staircasing programme from pre-sale to reservation, ensuring sales are progressed in line with current targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and external stakeholders, including Solicitors, Brokers, Surveyors, Developers, and Agents.
- Work independently, using initiative and managing workload with minimal supervision, to meet performance targets.
- Contribute to the development of solutions and ideas for improvement, challenging and enhancing the existing processes.
- Collaborate with the Customer Journey Resales & Staircasing Manager to ensure seamless delivery of the programme.
Requirements:
- Experience of the shared ownership resales and staircasing process within a housing or development organisation.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
- Strong drive to hit targets, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a busy, performance-focused environment, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage workload effectively.
