Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Resolution Specialist at Adecco, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive case management and customer service support to the repairs service, back office, and operational staff. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administration service for complex case investigations
  • Collate information required in line with customer service standards
  • Act as case investigation support for disrepair (ADR) cases and complex repairs cases
  • Liaise between front line and back-office services for the repairs partner and other Council departments

Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
