Resales and Staircasing Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resales and Staircasing Executive to join our Customer Experience team in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Journey Resales & Staircasing Manager with all sales and staircasing-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the resales and staircasing programme from pre-sale to reservation
  • Ensure sales are progressed in line with current targets
  • Communicate effectively with customers and external stakeholders
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
  • Experience of the shared ownership resales and staircasing process
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy, performance-focused environment
  • Proactive and solution-focused with a willingness to challenge and contribute ideas for improvement
  • Experience delivering against challenging performance targets
