About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resales and Staircasing Executive to join our Customer Experience team in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Journey Resales & Staircasing Manager with all sales and staircasing-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver day-to-day sales and staircasing activities from pre-sale to reservation, ensuring sales are progressed in line with current targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders, including Solicitors, Brokers, Surveyors, Developers, and Agents, to progress sales and resolve any issues.
  • Manage workload independently, using initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and meet targets.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of the shared ownership resales and staircasing process, gained within a housing or development organisation.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
  • Strong drive to hit targets, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a busy, performance-focused environment, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident, positive, resilient, and target-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
