Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated Regional Manager to drive business development in Europe and the UK market. This role involves developing strategies, building a team, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning for Business Expansion:
  • As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for hitting revenue targets, developing strategies, and building a team to achieve these goals.
  • Drive business development efforts, including but not limited to client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and alliances.
  • Manage projects involving system development and dialogue scenario creation.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Focus on Direct-To-Consumer businesses and products, understanding their challenges, and offering tailored AI dialogue solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products/services and addressing client needs promptly.
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing clients.

Operational Management:
  • Solution deployment wide, ensuring system development and dialogue scenario creation meet the expectations and requirements of clients.
  • Ensure that all organizational and system operations are carried out efficiently and comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Leadership, Team Building and Management:
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the company's culture and values.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of employees.
  • Provide direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.

Communication and Reporting:
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the local office and the company's headquarters.
  • Report on the country's performance, challenges, and opportunities to the executive team.
  • Ensure effective communication of the company's vision, goals, and strategies to the local team.

Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure that the company operates within the legal and regulatory framework of the country.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the business operations.
  • Oversee any legal issues, including contracts, partnerships, and local compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • The ideal candidate is aligned with Capex's mission of harmonizing AI and human interaction to enhance human capabilities.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales/consulting/solution sales with a track record of leading large corporate projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations/solution management with a knowledge of post-sales solution deployment process and practice.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Adtech, Martech, or Programmatic Advertising is a plus.
  • Experience in forming a sales team and working in customer success.
  • An autonomous, strategic thinker passionate about solving business challenges.
  • Eager to collaborate with engineering and production teams on product updates.
  • English language proficiency is required.
