Job Title: Event Management Coordinator

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Events and Sponsorships (Europe) to organise and manage events and sponsorship activities throughout Europe, with a focus on exhibitions, client events, and sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute events, including exhibition/expo sponsorship packages, bespoke client events, internal events, client hospitality events, and sponsorship activations.
  • Work closely with regional European business teams to develop and execute events, ensuring strong working relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Manage event budgets, oversee expenses, process invoices, and conduct post-event reconciliations, maintaining financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Source, negotiate, contract, and manage event service suppliers and venues, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with external partners to provide audio-visual equipment, entertainment, design services, theming, and branding, aligning with event scopes and budgets.
  • Work closely with the content manager to create engaging content and branding for events and sponsorship activations, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Source, ideate, and manage branded merchandise, promoting company visibility and creating memorable experiences.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of event experience, ideally within professional or financial services.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to deliver multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Confident working with legal and finance departments on contracts and payments.
  • Prepared to be versatile and do admin work required for events and sponsorship.
  • Language skills are an advantage but not essential.
