Join us in shaping the future of open government in Europe As a Senior Regional Coordinator for Europe, you will work closely with governments, civil society organizations, and other key actors to promote transparency, accountability, and participation in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the development and implementation of high-quality OGP action plans in multiple European countries.
  • Identify opportunities for knowledge sharing and learning between OGP member countries in Europe.
  • Engage with thematic and development partners, donors, and regional/multilateral institutions to promote open government in Europe.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, political science, law, or international relations).
  • Extensive experience working on governance issues in Europe, with a focus on transparency, accountability, participation, or open government reform.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills, including building effective collaborations and influencing senior decision-makers.
