Senior Leadership Role at Aon Inpoint

Aon Inpoint is seeking a seasoned professional to join their Strategic Engagement team as a Managing Director. This is a high-profile and influential position that requires a strong leader who can drive strategic relationships with Insurers and Reinsurers across the UK and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the engagement with Insurers and Reinsurers as the central point of contact, supporting, coaching, and mentoring colleagues in the broader client engagement teams.
  • Overseeing and delivering multiple strategic initiatives within agreed timeframes to drive upsell and new revenue opportunities.
  • Managing an executive level network of stakeholders, developing effective communication plans to ensure the Aon Inpoint Strategic Engagement strategy is consistently understood and well-articulated.
  • Taking a leading role in establishing a high-performance and inclusive culture, promoting a fun and collaborative working environment for the benefit of our clients and colleagues.
  • Taking ownership and contributing to the development of the Aon Inpoint brand through thought leadership and internal and external presentations.
  • Ensuring that your team works in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, including participation in the management of risks.
