About the JobThis is a full-time position lasting 3-5 months, offering a competitive hourly rate of £16.43, paid via an umbrella company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing claims for Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP) and Local Welfare Provision (LWP) applications
- Managing a caseload of new and repeat customers, ensuring timely resolutions to their queries
- Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to share best practices and knowledge
