Sales and Customer Service Head

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40hr week, trading Monday – Saturday)
Location: Wokingham, UK
Estimated Salary: £28K - £32K per annum, with OTE £45k + uncapped commission
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales and customer service professional to lead our store team in Wokingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing the store team.
- Sales Performance Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance sales performance and implement strategies to achieve goals.
- Customer Service Excellence: Develop and implement customer service standards and ensure staff are trained accordingly.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to meet demand and coordinate stock ordering and replenishment.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop the store team, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new product releases and provide regular training to staff.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure all in-store processes adhere to company policies.
- Promotions Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute in-store promotions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in sales and customer service, and a strong understanding of technology, particularly mobile phones and accessories.
