Drive Sales Growth as a Head of Premium Sales
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at COREcruitment. As a Head of Premium Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

About the Role
This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for:
  • Managing key accounts to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Building and growing a luxury sales team, including management of KPIs and performance.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Providing excellent service to clients, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience working in the on-trade sector and wholesale drink trade.
  • A strong track record in new business development and account management.
  • A passion for the drinks industry and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to work in a team or independently.

Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary up to £80,000 plus commission and travel.
