Premium Sales Advisor

**Job Summary:**
We are recruiting for a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team at John Lewis, Oxford Street. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and sales performance in a dynamic retail environment.
About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support across a range of premium domestic appliances.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Demonstrate products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new releases and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Record individual sales data daily to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in a premium customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A personable approach, building great rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate a range of products to both consumers and colleagues.
- Confident and passionate about making sales and achieving targets.
- Record individual sales data report daily.
- Proactive in making the most of quiet and challenging days at work.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.15 plus commission.
- An annual salary of £19,146.
- A 4-day week permanent contract.
- Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.
- A permanent role with a 3-month probation period.
