As a Premium Sales Leader at King Living Pty, you will play a key role in driving the success of our showroom by building and leading a high-performing sales team, conducting daily team meetings, and creating strategic staff scheduling to optimize showroom performance.

You will also be responsible for driving showroom P&L accountability, developing local business development strategies, and analysing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

In return, we offer a competitive base salary of £60,000 per annum, uncapped team commission structure paid monthly, regular sales campaign bonuses, and a generous staff and family discount program.
