Join the Estée Lauder Companies Team as a Luxury Retail Advisor - Brand Ambassador

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Luxury Retail Advisor - Brand Ambassador, providing authentic and personalized service to customers while driving sales growth across multiple luxury brands.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by showcasing in-depth knowledge of our luxury brand portfolio, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product launches, brand stories, and market trends to provide informed guidance to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, store managers, and corporate teams to achieve sales goals, maintain high standards of customer service, and contribute to a positive store environment.
  • Participate in training programs and online learning modules to expand product knowledge, stay current on industry developments, and enhance skills.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks efficiently, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods sector, demonstrating excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining flexibility with regards to shift patterns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving conflicts efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks and maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new products and processes, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

What We Offer:

  • An attractive estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits package.
