About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at Watchfinder, you will be an ambassador for the company, responsible for welcoming guests into the boutique and introducing them to the culture of our organisation. You will be responsible for clienteling, ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered, and showcasing your excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Passionate about luxury retail and delivering an exceptional service to customers
Strong clienteling skills to maintain client contact
Results-driven with experience working in a target-driven sales environment (KPIs)
Strong communication skills to adapt to different customers and their needs
Ability to take in technical information and learn about our products
Excellent problem-solving skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload

About You

Sales-driven with experience working in a target-led environment
Outstanding customer service skills to ensure customers receive the best experience possible
Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
Strong communication skills, ideally with experience in handling customer queries in person and by phone/email
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive 'can-do' approach and a willingness to learn
