Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a skilled Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Four Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our clients and contributing to the development of our services.
Your main responsibilities will include providing HR advice and guidance to Managers, coaching and up-skilling Managers, advising on ER cases, leading on maternity/paternity/flexible working requests, preparing reports with analysis on HR data, and supporting compensation and benefits reviews.
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive HR generalist experience with a proven track record in coaching Managers. Strong communication skills and a passion for the work you do are essential.
