Job Overview

This Graduate Human Resources Generalist role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR skills and knowledge. As the first point of contact for management, you will handle employee relations-related queries and general HR support, ensuring compliance with legislation, policy, and best practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR support to Customer Services and Operations line managers, including advice on staff issues, employment law, statutory rules, and company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with line management to address underperforming staff, developing action plans in accordance with employee handbook policies.
  • Ensure compliance with IR35 regulations and correct onboarding of contractors.
  • Support wellbeing initiatives for the business as per requirements.
  • Provide Mental Health First Aid support.
