Pell Frischmann is seeking an experienced Human Resources Expert to join our team in London. The successful candidate will provide professional advice to managers and employees on Employee Relations, conditions of service, and company procedures.

The role will involve providing accurate and consistent advice to colleagues and line managers, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices. You will also ensure that HR policies, procedures, and other documents are fit for purpose and meet legal and regulatory requirements.

In addition, you will be responsible for producing accurate HR Management Information for stakeholders, providing meaningful insights, and identifying trends. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

To succeed in this position, you will need demonstrable experience within a HR generalist role, including provision of advice to managers on a range of Employee Relations issues. You should have a working knowledge and understanding of UK employment law and HR policies and procedures.
