Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to join our WIKA Group team in the UK. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success and foster a positive work environment.

Key Accountabilities

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, employee discounts, flexible working hours, good development opportunities, health initiatives, and mobile working.
