Sales and Client Acquisition Manager

Do you have what it takes to excel in a sales and client management role? Serve Legal is looking for a Sales and Client Acquisition Manager to drive new business growth and proactively manage client relationships. As a key member of our Client, Sales and Marketing Team, you will play a vital role in driving new business growth within our key target markets.
About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will generate revenue from cold prospects consistently, maintain a strong sales pipeline for the company, and manage your portfolio of client accounts effectively. You will build strong and engaging relationships with current clients and prospects and deliver growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales colleagues to maintain a relevant and ambitious hitlist of new business prospects in the compliance market.
- Secure new business from key target markets, in line with company targets.
- Manage new client accounts, building strong relationships with key contacts and maximising growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Educated to a degree or equivalent standard of qualification.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships: ability to inspire confidence and naturally engage with people.
- Decisive and resilient under pressure.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£38,000 per year, based on level of experience. In addition to a competitive commission scheme, the company offers 25 days of Annual Leave per year (plus Bank Holidays) and 1 Self Development day per year.
