Job Description
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve SQL targets
  • Developing and implementing training and coaching programs to enhance team performance
  • Refining and optimizing sales processes with the Customer Acquisition Team Lead
  • Identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and qualification strategies
  • Driving timely engagement with inbound leads and ensuring effective follow-up
  • Fostering a collaborative team culture focused on growth and success
  • Setting performance expectations, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable feedback
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales representatives
  • Aligning sales activities with broader sales and marketing objectives
  • Leveraging insights from customer interactions to improve product and messaging
