About the RoleAs a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of a small caseload of clients, working closely with our Nurse Manager to ensure seamless care delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inducting Care Assistants and Support Workers into their care packages
- Ensuring they possess the necessary clinical skills and receive relevant training
- Maintaining regular shifts within your caseload to uphold familiarity with each client's requirements
- Working with the Nurse Manager to review and update clients' care plans
- Collaborating with the Coordination Team to maintain 100% coverage of clients' care packages
- Mentoring support workers and conducting observations to identify training needs
- Maintaining timely and accurate records of care and supervisory activities
- Monitoring client satisfaction and escalating concerns
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience working with people who have disabilities and complex health needs
- A commitment to attaining a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within two years of joining (which will be funded by Superior Healthcare)
