Superior Healthcare is seeking a skilled Field Care Supervisor to oversee the care of our clients and manage a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients with complex care needs and possess excellent assessment skills. Responsibilities include conducting direct observations, competency checks, and ensuring staff receive regular supervisions. The role also involves carrying out ongoing care needs and risk assessments, as well as identifying potential gaps in rotas and ensuring team members uphold high standards of care. The successful candidate will be able to work flexibly, autonomously, and as part of a team, and will have a calm and confident demeanor. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct direct observations and competency checks
  • Ensure staff receive regular supervisions
  • Carry out ongoing care needs and risk assessments
