The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising their shift, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to residents. This role involves case managing residents, liaising with colleagues, and developing and implementing care plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work autonomously and make decisions quickly.

This is a full-time contract position, and the salary range is estimated at £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
