Field Care Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our clients with complex health conditions, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct observations and competency checks to ensure staff are meeting the required standards.
- Carry out ongoing care needs and risk assessments, updating them as required in conjunction with the Nurse Manager.
- Manage staff rotas, ensuring that team members are working to the best of their ability at all times.
- Attend team meetings and identify areas for improvement.
- Work regular clinical shifts with clients to ensure a continued awareness of their needs.
Requirements
- A supervisory/Coaching qualification or willingness to work towards an NVQ 3 Supervisory qualification.
- Experience of working with clients with complex care needs.
- Excellent assessment skills and community experience.
- Ability to plan effectively and manage time well.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
