Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our market-leading drinks brands, including Smirnoff, Guinness, and Gordon's, to Grocery multiple retailers on your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out face-to-face visits into Grocery multiple retailers to advise key stakeholders on promotions and increase awareness of our product range.
- Use data to check stock levels and resolve any potential problems, ensuring agreed shelf space and displays are in place to maximize sales.
- Draw up bespoke business plans and make informed recommendations to store managers using your local market and sector knowledge.
- Report during and after each call on the tablet provided, sharing competitor information with the business and your achievements.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is ideal, but full training will be given.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Commercially minded and happy to analyze in-store data to achieve goals.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
What We Offer:
- A great package including £26,756 per annum plus £3,000 bonus.
- Flexible hours – 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
