We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our market-leading drinks brands, including Smirnoff, Guinness, and Gordon's, to Grocery multiple retailers in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out face-to-face visits into Grocery multiple retailers to increase awareness of our brands and ensure opportunities to promote them have been maximized.
- Advising key stakeholders on promotions and increasing awareness of the whole product range, leading to increased sales.
- Using data to check stock levels and resolve any potential problems.
- Ensuring agreed shelf space and displays are in place to maximize sales.
- Using local market and sector knowledge to draw up bespoke business plans and make informed recommendations to store managers.
- Reporting during and after each call on the tablet provided, sharing competitor information with the business and achievements in call.
Requirements:
- A strong sales background and a passion for working in the drinks industry.
- Tenacious and able to explore every opportunity to achieve targets.
- Commercially minded and able to analyze in-store data to help achieve goals.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to influence decision-makers.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £26,756 per annum plus a £3,000 bonus.
- Flexible hours – 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
- 28 days holiday allowance with the opportunity to accrue up to 33 days.
