Business Development Manager

About the Unsecured Lending role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our South Yorkshire team in sourcing and appraising investments, preparing reports, and recommending investments to senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business lending, commercial banking, and corporate finance. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of investment specialists.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a network of contacts for quality deal flow, conducting due diligence on applications, and providing training and guidance to team members.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills, with experience of financial analysis
• Extensive Key Business Introducer network in the region and track record of hitting targets
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident decision-making skills
• Experience of training and mentoring team members
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
