We are seeking a talented Sales Development Manager to join our team at MaxAd, a leading provider of operated vacuum excavators in the UK construction industry.

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 + Bonus

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing key customer relationships. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce or similar.

Job Description:

Company Overview

MaxAd operates in various sectors, including Aviation, Nuclear, Power, Highways, Rail, Construction, Gas, Water, Utilities, Telecoms, Tunnelling, Bespoke Solutions, and Emergency Works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities
  • Providing customer quotations and working directly with clients to close quotations
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date with quotations and relevant information
  • Developing key customer accounts and providing advice to customers on the product range and services
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities by utilizing the CRM system and other sales tools within the business
  • Supporting other departments and having a cross-departmental attitude

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce or similar
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach
