Trailer Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Trailer Sales Manager to join our team and help us drive business growth in the East Coast region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to achieve targets and KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience from a customer-facing role, as well as experience of setting sales strategies and working to targets and KPIs. They will also be skilled in people management and training, with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, with one in three Saturday mornings 8:30am - 1:00pm. The salary for this position is up to £60,000 per annum, with commission payable. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Recruiting, coaching, training and developing sales team members.
- Managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
