Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Scarborough. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base across the East Coast, Ryedale, and East Yorkshire.
Your primary objective will be to achieve monthly targets and KPIs by attending events, visiting customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the sales manager to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to meet business goals.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They must also possess a full driving license and be willing to tow trailers if required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attending events and visiting customers to promote our products
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
- Working closely with the sales manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience from a customer-facing role
- Experience working to targets and KPIs
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Full driving license and willingness to tow trailers if required
