**Job Title:** Inclusive Education Specialist - Richmond
**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Richmond as an Inclusive Education Specialist. As an Inclusive Education Specialist, you will provide expert support to students with SEN, ensuring they receive tailored instruction and accommodations to meet their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing personalized education plans (IEPs) in consultation with teachers and parents.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, using evidence-based strategies and techniques.
- Collaborating with teachers to design and deliver engaging and accessible lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, sharing insights with teachers and parents to guide interventions.
- Engaging in staff training and meetings to refine your skills and knowledge in SEN support.
- A supportive and inclusive school environment that values diversity.
