Residential Childcare Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Residential Childcare Coordinator to join our team in the Stoke On Trent region. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential services.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, supporting the delivery of high-quality care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, young people, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote positive outcomes and achieve organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to our young people.

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular monitoring and evaluation processes.
