Safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children is at the heart of everything we do at Bedspace.

We operate a network of children's homes, providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people aged 8 – 18 years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a loving and caring environment, promoting positive relationships and strong bonds with our children.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience working with children in a residential setting
  • Commitment to working towards a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle insured for business use

We take the safety and well-being of our children extremely seriously, conducting thorough background checks and references to ensure suitability for this role.

What we offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

  • Part-time, permanent position, with flexible shifts available
