Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our children and young people. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the daily care and well-being of our residents
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with our children and young people
  • Creating and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive living environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driving license
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and resilience
