Rota Support Ltd is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join their team. Successful candidates will work flexible shifts on a 0 hours contract, covering gaps in clients' rotas due to various reasons.

Shifts may arise at short notice or be booked weeks in advance, depending on clients' needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding and using the toilet
  • Maintain patients' comfort and dignity by utilising equipment to move them when necessary
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment by helping to tidy patients' homes or rooms
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients
  • Collaborate with nurses and other staff members when required

Key Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 months experience working in a care home setting. A strong understanding of spoken and written English is also essential.

The estimated salary range for this role is £17,000 - £22,000 per annum, based on local market conditions and national averages.
