About the Role
We are seeking 1.5 x Care and Support Specialists to provide exceptional support to individuals in need. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that empower our clients to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being;
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans that meet individual needs;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, healthcare);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
