About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEN support worker to care for a 10-year-old child with autism, ADHD, and a sleep disorder. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing daily support and ensuring the child's physical and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a calm and patient demeanor, with excellent communication skills. You will be required to work closely with the parent to understand the child's needs and develop strategies to support them. This role may lead to a funded PA position via the local authority.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and support to the child during the day
- Engage in play activities that promote learning and development
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Develop and implement strategies to support the child's special needs
